Refund Policy

At TZ, we strive to give a lead of happiness with your order. However, we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to exchange or return something you've bought.

Eligibility for Refund:

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order in which to return all or part of it for a full refund. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact. Failed to meet the requirements will be investigated by the team where you will be contacted regarding the situation.

How do I return my order?

Please contact us with your order number, and reason for returning in the contact us page. We will then email you a returns authorisation code and the specific return address that your goods needs to be returned to. You are highly responsible for getting the goods back to us so please retain your proof of postage. Our customer support team will review your request and may require additional information or documentation from your side.

What is your cancellation policy?

If the Order is cancelled before dispatch then you will be automatically be eligible for a full refund. If an order is cancelled whilst in transit, we can't guarantee that we will be able to stop the delivery, which could possibly mean you would have to wait for the item to arrive and contact us the original way. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
